Also called Lomilomi - a traditional Hawaiian massage that uses long, flowing, rhythmic strokes and a combination of deep and gentle pressure to release tension with stretching out the limbs, promote relaxation, and promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.

It incorporates elements of intention-setting, breathwork

Udwarthana Herbal Body Scrub & Steam
